Batiqa Hotel Palembang

I had a great stay at this hotel in Palembang. The location was perfect for me as it was in the city center, close to the commercial area. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and the breakfast spread was delicious.

Had a wonderful Easter break at a hotel in Palembang! Lovely spacious room with a comfortable double bed - perfect for a relaxing stay. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices to please everyone and the coffee was always hot. Location was very convenient, with a minimart and coffee shop nearby for anything we needed. And the best part? The staff was friendly and always available to help with any request we had - made us feel so welcome!

The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the mat on the floor. , the shower pressure wasn't great and the angle was awkward.
